dinner.. & in case~~

ok.. i had chinese nasi lemak for dinner.. tat is the only chinese food stall open in my area~ but.. surprisingly.. it is good!! so good tat i eat half way only take the pic... LOL~ (paiseh.. i don eat veggie.. tat's why no green in my food==)

but.. mum and i... worried tat no food is selling during raya.. so... we find wat we have at home.. and then we found enough ingredients to bake a yummy bread for 3!! so... we decided to bake bread... big one.. in case.. just in case... haha~!!

so.. after u mix all the ingredients u have to put it in a air tight container.. for it to expend..

after it expend until double of the size... take it out... and roll it....

then put it in a baking tray...

yeah.. look like this... and then.. wait.... wait for 30 min~ before send it into the oven^^

DA TA~ out from oven.. hot hot RAISIN WALNUT BREAD!! yummy~

hehe.. as usual.. home-made will have more nuts and raisin~ weeee~ yummy^^
